These are some examples of where people are displaying their One Another Blocks with a brief explanation of why. Hope it inspires you!

We put our One Another Block on our side table in our den. We put it there so we see it every time we sit down to relax. I also work in that room too and it’s a great reminder for us to prioritize the people we’re in community with!

We try to open up conversation about the more important things in life. It’s difficult to draw the conversation back to the things that really matter. I placed the “One Another” block on the end table between the two couches with hopes of opening up a conversation about some of the Bible’s teachings.

I placed my block on the table between the two chairs in my office. This is where people sit and talk with me and the block can be clearly seen by all visitors. I chose to add the block to my office decor to remind myself and my guests to err on the side of kindness. The world is filled with too much negativity and this block represents the best in our natures and is a gentle nudge to support one another while at work.

We keep the block on our kitchen table with some candles next to it. It’s out in an area that we eat nearly every meal at. We constantly are clearing off the table to clean up after our son and often remove the candles and block. This creates kind of an organic rotation of the block and gives us a different view of each of the “one anothers.” I thought about putting it on our mantel or something but I really like that it’s out where we eat everyday and has kinda become a fixture of our mealtime.

It’s a reminder that we live in community, and we are to love each other as Christ loves us! I hope that as coworkers see it they will ask about it and open the door to share Jesus with them!

It is on my dining room table to be a daily reminder of what I am striving to live each day, also a great opportunity for anyone with me to talk about!

I keep this block on my desk at work. It's a daily reminder "not to complain" about people (or issues) that may arise throughout the day and cause frustration. The other quotes are great as well, but this one speaks to me more on a personal level, as it is an issue I struggle with - especially during more stressful days.
